The more a tree grows, the deeper its roots become. Going by this universal phenomenon, the constitution of the AIL Alumni Association was but natural. The Institution takes immense pleasure and pride in celebrating its success and achievements made through its students.

With this view in mind, the Army Institute of Law constituted the Alumni Association which aims at keeping contacts between ex-AILians and present ones. The AILAA strives to keep the spirit of Army Institute of Law alive in all its students and also provide an opportunity to get together and enjoy each other's familiar company again in the ambient surroundings and campus of the Institute. For this, we plan to arrange various functions like Alumni Reunions, get-togethers, social evenings etc. The website shall also be updated regularly to keep everyone in touch with the current happenings.

Alumni Meet was organized on April 24, 2010 alongwith Convocation which was attended by almost one hundred Ex-students of AIL starting from the first batch. The programme commenced after the Convocation. A discussion was organized from 1530 hrs to 1700 hrs, where measures to improve internship and placement were deliberated upon. The students and faculty suggested several measures to ensure that Alumni always remains an integral part of the college and assists in its growth. The discussion was followed by high tea with the faculty. Thereafter dinner was organized at SOI, Chandimandir, which was attended by large number of Ex-students and present 5th Year Batch. All the students shared their thoughts and experiences and enjoyed the function.

We share the vision of leaping ahead together towards the top and hope for continuous co-operation from our Alumni to turn this dream into a reality.
